You will receive a dedicated IP address main account (yourdomain.com) and your own personalised nameservers - we know how important it is that your customers see only your identity.
This account will have both Web Host Manager and cPanel™ control panels. The Web Host Manager (WHM) enables you to create your own hosting plans, set space and bandwidth limits, set what options your hosting customers have i.e. MySQL, CGI-BIN etc, add hosting accounts, change them, delete them, park domains, view detailed statistics on space and bandwidth usage and much more. Every domain you add is auto assigned their own cPanel™ so they can manage their own hosting accounts. i.e. configure email, ftp, cgi scripts and many other settings. You decide what theme cPanel they get. Netports Australia can brand the standard theme with your own business name and logo as a complimentary service.
For you it will seem like you are running a dedicated server, this is the sort of power, control and freedom you have and at a fraction of the cost and without the headaches.
How Space and Bandwidth works :
Just like a dedicated server, all your website hosting accounts draw their space and bandwidth resources from your one main account. Your Reseller usage is calculated on the TRUE space and bandwidth used by your hosted domains and NOT from the hosting plans a reseller invents. As long as you are within your maximum domain number limits then "overselling" is allowed, absolutely.
Unlimited everything :
As a Reseller host you will develop your own hosting plans, what features and functions you want to enable on what plans and of course your prices. All features and functions are totally UNLIMITED to you - you decide who gets what and how much.
Support :
You provide direct support to your own hosting clients, handling enquiries, support requests and technical assistance with all issues they may have.
